Labourer

We are currently looking for experienced and reliable Labourers to assist our client on a new project. You will be reqeuired to have a valid CSCS card.

Main duties will include:

• Carrying out general labouring duties across the site.
• Assisting skilled trades and site management as required.
• Loading, unloading and moving materials around site.
• Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe.
• Assisting with deliveries and the movement of materials.
• Supporting with site preparation and general construction duties.
• Following instructions from site management and supervisors.
• Adhering to all site health and safety procedures.
• Using tools and equipment safely and appropriately.
• Working as part of a team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

The successful candidate will have:

• A valid CSCS Card.
• Previous experience working as a construction labourer.
• Previous experience working on a busy construction site.
• The ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• A strong understanding of health and safety requirements.
• A reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.
• Good communication skills and a professional approach to site work.
• The ability to meet all relevant MOD site security and access requirements.
• A flexible approach and willingness to assist with a variety of general site duties.
