Key Responsibilities for the PCB Reworker: Reworking and repairing PCB assemblies to a high standardRemoving and replacing electronic components using a range of soldering techniquesCarrying out both through–hole and surface mount reworkDiagnosing faults and carrying out corrective actions on PCB assembliesFollowing engineering drawings, work instructions and rework processesEnsuring all reworked products meet required quality specificationsThe ideal PCB Reworker will have: Previous PCB rework experience within an electronics manufacturing environmentStrong soldering and rework skillsExperience working with both through–hole and surface mount componentsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and assembly instructionsExcellent attention to detail and a quality–focused approachIPC experience or certification would be advantageousWhat's on Offer for the PCB Reworker role?
