About the role
We are a London-based property company looking for a reliable and experienced handyman to carry out basic maintenance and prepare vacant rooms for new tenants. Main Duties:
General handyman and basic property maintenance work
Changing and replacing door locks
Painting and decorating rooms
Clearing out vacant rooms and removing unwanted items
Basic cleaning of rooms between tenancies
Minor repairs and general property upkeep
Ensuring rooms are clean, tidy and ready for new tenants
Requirements:
Must have own car or van and tools
Previous handyman or property maintenance experience
Able to work independently and manage daily tasks
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Willing to travel to properties across London
