Position: Teaching Assistant/ Classroom Support
Location: Warrington (Great Sankey, Stockton Heath, Lymm, Birchwood, Chapelford, Orford, Penketh & surrounding areas)
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Flexible Supply

While classroom experience is ideal, we are also keen to speak with support workers or those with relevant youth experience looking for a fresh start in schools. • Relevant experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable adults (schools, care, or support work).
• Strong communication, adaptability, and classroom management skills.
• An Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

• Provide individual and small-group academic and emotional support to secondary students.
• Assist students who require extra guidance to help them engage fully with learning.
• Support classroom teachers with lesson preparation, classroom management, and student engagement.
• Foster an inclusive, safe, and positive environment for all pupils.
• Monitor and report student progress to teachers and school leadership.
