As our local care services continue to grow, we're looking for reliable, enthusiastic and compassionate Care Assistants to join our team. 📍 Supporting Our Local Communities We provide care services across South Oxfordshire, Reading, Berkshire and West Oxfordshire, including: RG8: Woodcote, Goring, Pangbourne, Streatley RG9: Henley-on-Thames, Shiplake RG7: Theale, Burghfield, Mortimer RG4: Caversham, Emmer Green OX10: Wallingford, Benson OX11: Didcot, Harwell OX12: Wantage, Grove OX14: Abingdon, Radley OX18: Carterton, Bampton, Burford OX28: Witney OX29: Eynsham, Hanborough and surrounding villages We're particularly keen to hear from people who live in or around these communities and would enjoy supporting local residents. 💙 What We Can Offer You ✅ Flexible opportunities – Full-time, part-time and bank positions available ✅ Competitive pay – £13.10–£15.77 per hour, depending on role and holiday pay arrangements ✅ Mileage allowance – 40p per mile for eligible business travel ✅ Training and development – Opportunities to build your skills and experience ✅ Supportive local team – Work with a friendly, dedicated care provider ✅ Rewarding work – Make a genuine difference to people in your community Who Are We Looking For? We're looking for people who are kind, dependable and passionate about delivering excellent care. Previous care experience is preferred but not essential. Access to your own vehicle is preferred. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. A willingness to learn and support others. Valid Right to Work in the UK for this role.
