Senior HR Advisor Manufacturing Role: Support, challenge and assist Managers with their line Manager accountabilities e.g., Disciplinary/Employee Relations matters providing advice, ensuring legislative compliance and best practice at all timesSupport conflict resolution and coach managers on matters relating to their teams and functions, while demonstrating Dunbia's values and behavioursSupport the recruitment process when required at all levels of the businessProviding statistical and management information in report format advising of areas requiring improvement.Work collaboratively across the business within and across sites on initiatives and projectsCollaborate with the HR Manager in the preparation and delivery of compliance against ETI base code and social auditing for their FunctionsContinue to develop and focus on ways to improve the people and business performance, supporting the company's community and charity agenda.
