About the role
Aspire People are looking for compassionate and reliable **SEND Teaching Assistants** to work in a specialist school in Oldbury, supporting pupils with complex needs.
Supporting pupils with autism and severe learning difficulties
Assisting with personal care and pupils' daily needs
Supporting learning, communication and emotional regulation
Helping pupils feel safe, supported and included throughout the school day
This role can involve personal care and supporting pupils with significant needs. We're looking for patient, resilient and hands-on individuals who are comfortable with these responsibilities and can respond calmly to challenging behaviour.
**Essential qualification:** Level 3 Teaching Assistant **OR** Level 3 Health & Social Care.
