Maintenance Technician - UPB Head Office

You'll play a key role and actively get involved across the following areas : * Repairs to the internal and external fabric of the sites * Plumbing and leak repair * Drainage repairs * Carpentry and glazing * Basic electrical repair and safe isolation (for appropriate candidates with electrical knowledge / certification) * Appliance repair * Maintenance work will be carried out re-actively as well as with a planned / preventative approach.
