Warehouse Supervisor/Counterbalance/Bendi Forklift Driver Dartford – GBP16.00ph temp Mon to Friday. Location: Dartford Pay Rate: GBP16.00 per hour Contract: Temporary 3 months, with potential to extend Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 4:00pm About the Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor with a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence to join a busy warehouse operation in Dartford. This is a hands–on role suited to someone who can lead and support a warehouse team while also getting involved in daily operations and operating a counterbalance forklift. The position is initially for 3 months, with the potential to extend for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Supervising and supporting the warehouse team on a day–to–day basis. Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently. Operating bendi forklifts. Coordinating picking, packing, goods–in and goods–out activities. Loading and unloading deliveries and moving stock around the warehouse. Ensuring orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time. Monitoring stock levels and maintaining accurate inventory records. Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times. Motivating team members and helping achieve daily operational targets. Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient warehouse environment. The Ideal Candidate Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role. A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence. A valid Bendi forklift license. Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a warehouse environment. Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills. Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem–solving. A good understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures. What's on Offer? GBP16.00 per hour Monday to Friday working hours. 8:00am 4:00pm shift. Initial 3–month temporary contract, with the potential to extend. A hands–on role combining warehouse supervision and forklift operation.
