What We're Looking For

We're looking for a passionate, hands-on hospitality professional who loves leading a team and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You'll ideally bring:

• Experience as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Junior Manager or strong Supervisor within a busy hospitality environment.
• A background in branded restaurants, pubs, cafés, coffee shops or bakeries.
• Confidence leading, motivating and supporting a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine passion for delivering excellent food, service and guest experiences.
• An understanding of day-to-day restaurant operations, including stock, labour and cost control.
• A proactive, positive attitude and the confidence to lead from the front.
• Some kitchen or food preparation experience, with a willingness to support wherever needed.

You don't need to have managed your own restaurant before! We're equally interested in ambitious Assistant Managers who have the drive, personality and potential to take that next step.
