About the role
Further to attending a Partner briefing with one of our key London clients, we are instructed on a brand new opportunity for an experienced Property Litigation Lawyer with a minimum of 7 years’ experience.
The successful candidate will work closely with an experienced real estate litigation Partner on a broad range of complex commercial and residential property disputes, acting for property companies, developers, corporate occupiers, investment funds, LPA receivers and high-net-worth individuals.
This would particularly suit someone who enjoys handling complex matters, developing close relationships with clients and taking significant responsibility for their own work, while working alongside a highly experienced property litigation Partner.
This is not solely an excellent opportunity to join a Legal 500 recommended practice, but also one which will allow the joiner to play a significant role in shaping the team.
Target hours are c.1200 and the firm pays commission of 15% on all work introduced (separate to the bonus).
