Job Title: Press Brake Operator
Location: Willenhall
Salary: £14.85 per hour Operators £16.35 per hour for setters with shift allowance
Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday 13:00 – 22:00 Friday 12:00 – 18:00

We are recruiting for a well-established and rapidly growing engineering business in Willenhall. With a booming order book and a packed workshop, this is an excellent opportunity to join a company that continues to invest in its people and equipment.
Shift Pattern
Afternoon Shift
- Monday – Thursday: 13:00 – 22:00
- Friday: 12:00 – 18:00
- Early finish every Friday!
Overtime Available
- Saturday: Time and a Half
- Sunday: Double Time
- Plenty of overtime available for those looking to maximise their earnings.
Duties
- Setting and operating CNC Press Brakes
- Working with Trumpf and Edward Pearson machinery
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Producing high-quality folded components to specification
- Conducting quality checks and dimensional inspections
- Working efficiently to meet production targets
- Maintaining a safe and organised work area
Requirements
- Previous Press Brake setting and/or operating experience is essential
- Experience with Trumpf and/or Edward Pearson machines preferred
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
