We are delighted to be partnering with a long-established and highly respected independent property consultancy in Walsall to recruit a General Practice Surveyor.

The firm has built an excellent reputation across the region, with a loyal client base and long-standing relationships generating a strong pipeline of repeat business. Following the retirement of a long-serving member of the team, they are now looking for an experienced surveyor to join their close-knit practice.

This could be a particularly attractive move for someone who enjoys the variety of General Practice work but wants to step away from the targets and pressures often associated with larger corporate firms.

The Role

Working closely with an experienced Director, you'll have a genuinely varied workload covering:

• Commercial valuations
• Professional surveying work
• Commercial agency instructions
• Client relationship management
• Property inspections and reporting

About You

• MRICS qualified
• Ideally a Registered Valuer
• Experienced in professional and valuation work
• Comfortable managing their own workload
• Looking for a stable, long-term career opportunity
• Keen to work within a collaborative and friendly environment

Candidates with experience across both professional work and commercial agency would be particularly well suited.
