Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–11:00am
Total Hours: 15 hours per week
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and organised Facilities & Workplace Support Assistant to help maintain a clean, tidy and welcoming working environment across a site comprising multiple units.
Key Responsibilities
Daily duties:
- Collect mugs, glasses and rubbish from all units.
- Keep kitchens and meeting rooms clean, tidy and presentable.
- Restock drinks fridges, tea, coffee, snacks and kitchen supplies.
- Clean coffee machine milk modules and organise mugs, glasses and umbrellas.
- Check alarm panels and report any notifications or issues.
- Collect litter from the car park.
- Switch off heating and air conditioning in meeting rooms when not required.
- Ensure sandwiches are stored in fridges.
- Water plants across the site.
- Complete defibrillator and disabled toilet pull-cord checks.
- Unpack and distribute Sainsbury’s deliveries.
- Clean water coolers and Nespresso drip trays.
- Replenish dishwasher rinse aid.
- Reliable, proactive and well organised.
- Good attention to detail and a practical approach to work.
- Comfortable working independently and carrying out light physical duties.
- Previous cleaning, housekeeping or facilities experience is beneficial but not essential.
