The three-form entry primary school are seeking a KS1 Class Teacher to join their budding team of ‘Good’ and ‘Outstanding’ teachers. The school has recently become a sponsored academy and has benefited from the new modern, attractive facilities that have been provided to enable children to learn and play. The school have an outstanding reputation in regards to achieving the highest standards as a result of the high quality teaching which focuses on creative, innovative lessons.

We are looking for a highly committed KS1 class teacher to inspire and challenge children to achieve their capabilities. You must be a KS1 Class Teacher who recognises that children are individuals that develop at their own pace. It is essential the as a teacher, you are able to ensure that every child fulfils his/her potential in a wide range of ways, by making sure that extra-curricular clubs, sporting activities, trips, assemblies are readily accessible to children to observe and participate in. The Head aims to develop each child’s self-respect, self-esteem and ways of understanding, appreciating and showing tolerance for those around them. Building a positive rapport is also important as working together in partnership with parents, colleagues and children ensures that all children receive a truly outstanding education. You will benefit from an ‘Outstanding’ leadership team who work closely with teaching staff and support their planning and share their understanding of the practice. Teachers will have access to training programmes which will extend their skillset and build upon their existing knowledge.
