Skilled labourer required

We are a friendly, professional construction company based in South London, specialising in high-quality residential refurbishments, extensions, basements and loft conversions. We are looking for a reliable, experienced site labourer to join our team on a full-time basis. The role will initially be temporary, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right person. We work on a range of design-led residential projects and take pride in the quality of our work, our attention to detail and the way we work together as a team. We are looking for someone with practical experience, a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to help keep our sites running smoothly. The role will include:
Providing general labouring support to the site team.

Assisting tradespeople with their day-to-day work.

Keeping the site clean, tidy and organised.

Handling, moving and preparing materials.

Using power tools safely and competently.

Carrying out basic building and maintenance tasks.

Helping with deliveries, waste removal and general site preparation.
What we're looking for:
Demonstrable experience working as a site labourer in residential construction.

Good spoken English and the ability to communicate clearly with the team.

Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic.

A trustworthy, polite and respectful manner.

A practical, hands-on approach and the ability to use initiative.

Someone who takes pride in their work and looks after the site, tools and materials.

Evidence of relevant experience, such as references, details of previous projects or a work history.
A CSCS card is not essential for this role. Important information:
This is a full-time, temporary-to-permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
