About the role
We are currently recruiting for an Export Customer Service Clerk to join a well established global freight company
- Act as the first point of contact for customers regarding export shipments.
- Manage customer enquiries professionally and efficiently via telephone and email.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, overseas offices and internal departments.
- Provide regular shipment updates and proactively communicate any delays or issues.
- Ensure all export documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Assist with resolving customer queries and operational issues.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
- Work closely with the Operations and Export teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Ensure all activities comply with company procedures and relevant freight regulations.
