CNC Miller Setter/Operator Location: Mansfield Shift: Permanent Day Shift Salary: Negotiable Depending on Experience Actio Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of our precision engineering client in Mansfield. Our client is a well–established manufacturer of high–precision machined components, they are looking to add an experienced CNC Miller Setter/Operator to their skilled machining team on a permanent day shift. This is an excellent opportunity for a CNC machinist with 5–axis milling experience and Fanuc control knowledge looking to join a stable business. The Role As a CNC Miller Setter/Operator, you will be responsible for setting and operating CNC machining centres to produce precision–engineered components to exact customer specifications. Responsibilities Set and operate CNC milling machines with Fanuc controls Manufacture precision components to engineering drawings Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments Work on modern 5–axis machining centres Conduct first–off and in–process inspections Use measuring equipment including micrometers, verniers, and gauges Maintain quality standards and work to tight tolerances Ensure production targets are met safely and efficiently Candidate Requirements Previous experience as a CNC Miller Setter/Operator Strong understanding of Fanuc controls Experience working with 5–axis machining centres Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Experience producing high–precision components Confident using quality inspection equipment Self–motivated with a strong attention to detail Apply Today If you're an experienced CNC Miller with 5–axis Fanuc experience looking for your next opportunity in the Mansfield area, we'd like to hear from you.
