London Victoria (Hybrid - 3 days office, 2 days home)
Fixed-Term Contract (6-12 Months)
Salary - £48,000 - £52,000
We're working with a fast-growing international business who are
looking for a German-speaking People Operations Executive to join
their People team on a fixed-term basis.
This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting German
payroll and employee lifecycle processes, who enjoys working in a
detail-focused environment and takes pride in delivering an
excellent employee experience.
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing end-to-end monthly German payroll processes
* Supporting German employees with payroll, benefits and
HR-related queries
* Administering onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle
processes
* Working closely with payroll and benefits providers
* Ensuring payroll and HR compliance with German regulations
* Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation
* Supporting process improvements and operational efficiencies
What We're Looking For
* Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
* Experience processing German payroll
* Knowledge of German employment legislation and payroll
regulations
* Experience with onboarding and offboarding employees
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of
processes
Nice to Have
* Experience with HiBob
* Experience with Remote payroll
* Multi-country HR or People Operations experience
* Benefits administration experience
