Are you looking for a broad management accounting role in a growing business where you can make a real impact?
We're recruiting for a Management Accountant to join a fast-paced and collaborative finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, improving processes, and delivering meaningful financial insight.
Key responsibilities:
- Produce monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
- Deliver insightful KPI and performance reporting
- Assist with month-end processes and balance sheet reconciliations
- Work closely with operational teams to drive business performance
- Identify opportunities to improve controls and processes
Key skills & experience:
- Ideally AAT qualified or equivalent
- Strong understanding of management accounting, financial reporting, and month-end processes.
- Confident analysing P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow information.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience using finance systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
