Job Title: Commercial Insurance Account Executive
Location: Worthing (Onsite)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: £33,000 – £50,000 (Dependent on Experience) + Exceptional Benefits

The Role:As a Commercial Account Executive, you will be the key point of contact for a diverse portfolio of commercial and personal lines clients—ranging from local sole traders to directors of large organisations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with new and existing clients, delivering exceptional service.
- Manage documentation with strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy during the quoting process.
- Work closely with the Branch Manager and wider team to achieve business objectives and high renewal retention rates.
- Process data promptly and accurately on internal systems, ensuring full compliance with FCA standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external insurers to meet client expectations.
- Background in insurance (Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, or Broking experience as an Account Handler / Broker / Executive).
- A strong willingness to learn and a drive to progress your career into a full-scale Account Executive role.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- High attention to detail and strong administrative/data-processing capabilities.
- Right to work full-time in the UK.
- Competitive Salary: Up to £50,000 (DOE / Negotiable).
