We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join a highly reputable, modern mixed practice near Rayleigh, Essex.
This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians seeking flexibility, clinical stability, and strong private earning potential, all within a well-supported and professionally structured environment.
About the Role:
- 3 days per week – Mondays, Thursdays &; Fridays
- Up to £14 per UDA (D.O.E.)
- 3,500 UDAs per working day annually
- 50% split on private treatments
- Strong private earning potential in Invisalign, Composites, and Implants
- Excellent opportunity for clinical and career development – Academy partnerships and in-house development
- Available to start from August 2026

- Mid-sized, purpose-built modern mixed dental practice
- Strong and consistent patient footfall – stable diary and lucrative earning
- Spacious, air-conditioned surgeries – fully equipped and well maintained
- Fully digital workflow including Dentally software, CBCT, iTero, OPG, Rotary Endo, and Apex Locator
- Longstanding, experienced and supportive clinical team
- Highly regarded and stable Practice Manager on-site
- Mixed patient base at practice including private Fee Per Item and Plan patients
- Independently run with strong support for specialist interests and development
- Access to CPD and discounted training courses
- Excellent public transport links nearby
