Care Coordinator

Job Title: Care Coordinator – Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire Salary: Up to 30,000 Contract Type: Permanent – Full Time About the Role: We are working with a well–established domiciliary care provider, dedicated to supporting adults to live safely and independently in their own homes. The branch is committed to delivering compassionate, person–centred care, and prides itself on its professional, supportive, and friendly team environment. The Role: We are looking for a Care Coordinator to join our busy domiciliary care branch. You will play a key role in ensuring clients receive the highest quality care by coordinating schedules, supporting the care team, and maintaining excellent communication with clients and their families.
