Production Operative

CASALI Recruitment are recruiting for motivated and experienced production operatives (non-food)
for a dynamic, modern and expanding company on the outskirts of Chippenham.

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday 0900 to 1700

Salary:
£25,000 – £32,000 depending on experience.

Daily Responsibilities will include:

• Resin transfer moulding and infusion
• Resin metering mixing and degassing
• Laminating and wrapping of products
• Material cutting and kitting
• Trimming and de-flashing of moulded components
• General house keeping and other related production activities
• Carrying out manufacturing activities in accordance with standard operating procedures
• Stimulating and encouraging continuous improvement across the business
• Helping to develop and implement appropriate quality processes and documentation.
• Managing stock levels and procure materials used within production

To be suitable for this role, the successful applicants will be:

• Knowledge of composite production processes
• General experience within a variety of manufacturing processes.
• Experience of using hand tools.
• Experience of working in a health and safety role.
• Understanding of how to produce standard operating procedures and relevant quality
  documentation.
• Knowledge and understanding of LEAN methodology and associated tools and techniques.
