About the role
£16.50 – £18.00 per hour (DOE)
Full-time | Permanent
CASALI Recruitment Ltd are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer / Machinist to join a respected precision engineering company in Chippenham.
You’ll be working on Fanuc CNC machines, producing high-quality components to tight tolerances, and taking pride in every detail.
What You’ll Do:
- Set, operate and program CNC milling machines.
- Read and work from technical drawings and CAD files.
- Carry out routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality.
- Work closely with a small, skilled team to keep production running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years’ CNC machining experience.
- Confident with Fanuc controls.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Able to read engineering drawings and use measuring tools.
- CAD and welding experience a bonus!
