As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will provide day-to-day support to fee earners across a varied residential conveyancing caseload.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Opening new files and completing initial client administration
- Carrying out ID, AML and compliance checks
- Preparing initial conveyancing documentation
- Ordering property searches and obtaining relevant information

- Assisting with post-completion matters where required
- Keeping clients updated throughout their transaction
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date files
You should have a good understanding of the conveyancing process and be comfortable supporting transactions at different stages.
You’ll also need strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to communicate confidently with clients and other professionals.
This is an excellent opportunity to continue developing your career within an established and supportive legal environment.
