We re recruiting 8 Technical Operators for a leading food manufacturing business in Telford. These are permanent positions from Day 1, with interviews available straight away. What s on offer: GBP35,115 starting salarySalary progression to GBP41,200, increasing to just under GBP45,500 once fully signed offPermanent contract from Day 14 on / 4 off shift pattern12–hour rotating shifts: 7.30am 7.30pm / 7.30pm 7.30amEstablished food manufacturing environment What you ll be doing: Setting up and operating complex manufacturing machineryCompleting efficient changeovers to minimise downtimeCarrying out routine machine checks and cleaningIdentifying process faults and resolving issues quicklyCompleting pre–use and quality checksWorking closely with production and management teams to maintain performance and safety standards What we re looking for: Previous experience in a similar manufacturing, production or engineering roleStrong mechanical aptitudeExperience operating, setting and maintaining manufacturing machineryGood problem–solving skillsStrong health and safety awarenessGood communication and teamwork skillsIdeally based within 25 miles of Telford If you have the right manufacturing experience and want a permanent role offering genuine salary progression up to nearly GBP45,500, apply today for immediate consideration.
