Graduate recruitment coordinator

We're looking for a highly organised coordinator to support the recruitment, on-boarding and administration of a busy Early Careers programme. You'll work closely with HR, hiring managers, apprentices, universities and training providers to ensure a smooth candidate and employee experience. Key Responsibilities Coordinate apprentice recruitment and on-boardingOrganise and support recruitment related eventsMaintain trackers, documentation and reportingSupport inductions, assessment centres and eventsLiaise with universities, colleges and training providersManage on-boarding paperwork, system access and security clearances About You Experience in HR, recruitment or coordinationStrong organisation and stakeholder management skillsAble to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Please note: Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain SC Clearance, which must be completed before starting the role.
