Machine Operator

Job Title: Machine Operator We are recruiting for experienced Machine Operators to join a busy manufacturing team on a temp–to–perm basis. Key Responsibilities: Operating manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently. Monitoring production processes to ensure quality standards are met. Carrying out end–of–line duties, including packing finished products. Labelling products accurately and preparing them for dispatch. Maintaining a clean and organised work area. Following health and safety procedures at all times. Assisting with other production duties as required. Working Hours: 7am – 5pm Mon – Thu Rotating shift pattern. Flexibility to work both day and night shifts is essential. Requirements: Previous factory or manufacturing experience is essential. Experience operating production machinery is preferred. Ability to work in a fast–paced environment. Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
