The Financial Controller will report to the Finance Director and will lead financial reporting, controls, cash flow and compliance while managing a talented team. You ll drive process improvement, champion AI and automation, support acquisitions and play a pivotal role in scaling the Group s finance operations. Role: Financial Controller aka Group Financial Controller, Senior Finance Manager, Finance Manager, Financial Reporting Manager. Location: Manchester Hybrid working is in place Salary: GBP70k - GBP80k base salary + great benefits Benefits: 23 days holiday, rising to 28, Company pension, monthly volunteering day, hybrid working, work-from-anywhere benefit, pension, income protection and dedicated professional development. About you We re looking for a qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountant with Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager experience, strong technical expertise and proven leadership skills. Experience in acquisition integration, business transformation and fast-paced environments is highly desirable. Exposure to private equity, technology, SaaS, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Power BI would be advantageous. Could this be your next move?
