The Role: Operating and monitoring automated manufacturing and production machinery (full training provided)Carrying out machine changeovers, including material adjustments and process settingsWorking to production targets while maintaining high quality standardsCompleting routine quality checks in line with company proceduresSupporting general warehouse and production duties as requiredAdhering to all Health & Safety guidelines, ensuring a clean and safe working areaReporting to a Shift Supervisor and working effectively as part of a small teamContributing to continuous improvement and efficiency across the siteWhat We're Looking For: Previous manufacturing or production experience is desirable but not essentialA reliable, hands–on approach with strong attention to detailAbility to work as part of a team and follow processes accuratelyWillingness to learn and develop within a manufacturing environmentFor further details or to apply, please contact Stafforce Recruitment today.
