The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a critical role in managing cash flows, budgets, and financial information while ensuring group policies and processes are met. You’ll collaborate with housing associations, subcontractors, and third-party providers to deliver high-quality developments on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage accurate cash flows, budgets, and valuation processes.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders and subcontractors.
- Oversee contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in producing detailed Commercial reports for Land Appraisals.
- Achieve valuation and reporting deadlines.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure the commercial function aligns with company objectives.
- Commit expenditure within the COINS system and adhere to approval limits.

Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking candidates with experience in Quantity Surveying, ideally with a focus on new homes. Whether you're an Assistant, Intermediate, or Senior Quantity Surveyor, we’d love to hear from you!

Essential Qualities:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication with the ability to engage across all levels.
- A good understanding of financial impacts and construction methods.
- Commercial awareness and technical knowledge within the construction sector.
- Full UK driving licence and a flexible approach to business needs.
