Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities: 🛠️ Support in scheduling and quantifying materials and labour. 📑 Ensure adherence to commercial policies and procedures. 🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cost-effective project delivery. 💳 Process applications, payments, and address finance-related queries. 📊 Assist in WIP, cash flow forecasting, and maintaining accurate project budgets. 📝 Conduct site valuations and support cost forecasting and contractor payments. General Responsibilities:

• Stay updated on regulations like Building Regulations, NHBC, and HSE.
• Participate in project meetings and maintain project data.
• Visit sites to oversee commercial activities and ensure compliance.

What We're Looking For: ✔️ Knowledge of construction regulations and industry standards. ✔️ Industry-related qualification (or working towards one). ✔️ Strong communication and organisational skills. ✔️ IT savvy—experience with COINS is a plus!
