Branch Manager

We are recruiting for a Branch Manager on behalf of an Electrical Wholesaler based in Warrington. This is an opportunity for someone ambitious to take over this branch and drive it forward, as there are extensive growth opportunities here! Responsibilities: As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for maximising the contribution by the branch in line with the business plans and overall company policy and strategy. Responsible for managing and achieving branch budgets and targets.

• Developing strategies for increasing existing business, new business and lapsed accounts.
• Providing comprehensive training and development for staff.
• Ensure that your team meet operational standards.
• Participating in proactive and reactive sales – both internally and externally based. Assessing market conditions and identifying opportunities.

Skills Experience:

• Confident working with key performance indicators with a strong track record in delivering on sales, profit and margin targets.
• Ability to motivate a team and lead by example.
• Ability to communicate at all levels, whether it be with your team or negotiating with your customer.
• Dynamic, good sense of humour and a passion for the electrical wholesale industry.
