SEND Provision Lead 'Fully Remote

The Role Connect2Dorset is recruiting a SEND Provision Lead to join Dorset Council's SEND Service. This is an excellent opportunity to support children and young people with SEND, ensuring they receive the right support at the right time. Key Responsibilities Manage SEND casework for children and young people aged 0-25. Coordinate and amend Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). Lead annual reviews and ensure statutory deadlines are met. Work closely with families, schools, Educational Psychologists, Social Care and partner agencies. Manage complex cases and maintain accurate records. Requirements Experience working with children and young people with SEND Knowledge of EHCPs and SEND statutory processes Strong case management and organisational skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Manage complex and high-risk SEND cases, including disputes and tribunals Develop and improve SEND processes, policies, and service delivery. Analyse service performance data and identify areas for improvement. Chair multi-agency meetings and annual review panels Analyse service performance data and identify areas for improvement Why Join Us?
