As the successful Valuation Surveyor, you will be given autonomy to manage you own client relationships successfully, providing tailored valuation reports to suit your individual clients’ needs in Commercial Property. With a passion for providing quality valuations, you will carry out property inspections, prepare reports of a high calibre and to clients’ timescales, with a focus on combining your valuation experience and local knowledge to achieve a first-class service.

To be successful within this position you need to be passionate about Property, and in particular Valuation. As a RICS Registered Valuer you will work closely with the rest of the department and will be responsible for mainly commercial valuations (secured lending, pension funds, portfolios) for your client base.
