Graduate Technical Systems Manager

The Role A perfect entry level role for a technically minded graduate to start their career. The graduate Technical Systems Manager will undertake. Systems analysis, troubleshooting and support to help drive tech across the business. What you will be doing: – Assess and identify where systems can be improved and enhanced to help the efficient running of the business – Plan, implement and deliver new and improved systems – Undertake Business analysis to map our potential problem areas – Partner with the development team to ensure new Software and tools are delivered to the highest standard – Identify where new tech and AI can be adopted and implemented into business processes What you can expect: – Work on projects alongside senior managers from both business and technical teams – Receive extensive training on new and cutting edge tech – Work on groundbreaking AI implementation projects – Chance to explore new technologies and become a subject matter expert – Work for a market leading company that offers extensive benefits and a modern working environment What we are looking for: You will either have studied Computer Science, IT or have experience and knowledge of a broad range of tech. You will enjoy researching new technologies and methodologies in your own time and you will likely have built software, tools and implemented AI into your own projects. In addition you should: – Be a natural problem solver who enjoys fixing things – Be confident communicating and working with a wide range of colleagues – Be familiar with AI tools such as Chat GPT and Claude – Have an interest in data technologies such as SQL, Python and Power BI – Understand Code and be able to discuss programming projects with developers – Have an interest in Property Previous work experience in a customer or client facing role will be highly beneficial, especially if that role was in the tech space such as help desk or support
