The firm is predominantly office-based because it values face-to-face collaboration, mentoring and team support. In return, it offers meaningful flexibility around working patterns, including part-time arrangements that could particularly suit an experienced lawyer looking to rebalance their career.
With a long-serving team, very little office politics and a strong community focus, this is an opportunity to enjoy greater responsibility and genuine career progression without the pressures often associated with a larger practice.
