Production Operative

Production Operative Location: Thanet We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Production Operative to work in a busy manufacturing environment, supporting the production and testing of specialised equipment. These are hands–on roles suited to reliable, practical individuals who are comfortable following processes, working to instructions and carrying out repetitive production tasks. The Role You will support different stages of the manufacturing process. Testing Operative Carry out factory testing of the finished product throughout the working day.Follow established testing procedures and instructions.Help ensure the products are processed correctly and efficiently.Machine Operative Load the products into the machine.Start and monitor the machine cycle.Remove the products once processing is complete.Stack neatly onto trays ready for testingRepeat the process throughout the shift.Training and Working Hours Once trained and confident to work independently, the hours will be 6:00am–3:00pm Monday to Thursday with an 11.00am finish on Friday What We're Looking For Reliable, punctual and hardworking individuals.Good attention to detail.Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.Comfortable with repetitive, hands–on production work.Willingness to learn and work independently once trained.New Appointments Group, Expertly Matching Employers and Jobseekers since 1975.
