Production Operative – The Role Build and assemble specialist electrical and mechanical products. Learn and develop skills including soldering and brazing. Use hand tools, production equipment and specialist testing equipment. Test and inspect products to ensure they meet exacting quality standards. Follow engineering drawings, specifications and detailed work instructions. Work alongside experienced engineers and production specialists. Help identify and resolve production or quality issues. Build your skills and take on more advanced work as you progress. Production Operative – The Fit You could come from production, assembly, manufacturing, engineering or another practical environment. What's important is your attitude and approach. Practical and confident working with your hands. Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
