As a Customer Experience Consultant in Derby, you will handle customer service activity within the Transport & Distribution industry, helping queries move through the business clearly and efficiently. You will work with customers to provide timely updates and practical support throughout their journey. Client Details The organisation operates in the Transport & Distribution industry in Derby. Description Handle customer queries through agreed service channels and provide clear, accurate responses.Keep customers updated on the progress of their requests, helping to maintain a smooth experience.Record customer interactions accurately so that information is easy to access and follow.Investigate customer issues and work with relevant colleagues to reach a practical resolution.Manage customer cases from initial contact through to completion, ensuring actions are followed up.Provide helpful information on services and processes to support customers with their enquiries.Identify recurring customer concerns and share feedback to help improve day-to-day service.Profile A successful 'Customer Experience Consultant' should have: Experience of handling customer enquiries in a customer service setting.Ability to communicate clearly with customers through appropriate service channels.Confidence in investigating queries and following actions through to resolution.Strong attention to detail when recording customer information and case updates.Ability to manage several customer cases while maintaining clear records.Experience of working with colleagues to resolve customer issues.Job Offer Fixed-term contract.Salary of 25,200 to 30,800, dependent on the level of experience.Benefits to be confirmed.If you're interested in this role, apply now.
