What we offer Standard Day Rate: 13.70 per hourEnhanced Day Rate: 15.69 per hourNight Shift Rate: 18.72 per hourShifts: 12–hour rotations (10:00 – 22:00 or 22:00 – 10:00) Responsibilities In this specialized role, you will focus on physical care support to ensure the comfort, safety, and well–being of our clients. Your daily impact will include: Delivering personalized physical and personal care tailored to individual patient needs.Executing safe manual handling techniques to support mobility.Managing and overseeing PEG feeding protocols with precision.Ensuring the prompt and accurate administration of medications. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you bring clinical proficiency and a heart for caregiving: Practical experience with PEG feeds, manual handling, and medication administration is required.Proven ability to work consistent 12–hour day or night shift patterns.Due to the rural nature of client locations and anti–social hours, the ability to drive is essential.
