DescriptionA growing technology business is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer on a full time permanent basis, to support the transition of engineering designs into reliable, repeatable production processes. Working closely with design, production and quality colleagues, you will help improve manufacturing methods, resolve technical issues and establish processes that support product quality, efficiency and business growth

What you will be doing:
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes to support product build and assembly
- Work with design engineers to ensure products can be manufactured efficiently and consistently
- Produce and maintain manufacturing instructions, process documentation and supporting records
- Identify production issues and implement practical corrective actions
- Support prototype builds, product changes and the introduction of new products
- Improve workflow, quality, repeatability and manufacturing efficiency
- Collaborate with production, quality, supply chain and engineering teams
- Support the development of manufacturing standards as the business expands
What we are looking for:
- Experience in manufacturing engineering or a closely related engineering role
- Understanding of production processes, assembly methods and engineering drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, hands-on approach
- Ability to work effectively with design and production teams
- Experience with process improvement, work instructions and production introduction would be advantageous
- Experience in engineering, electronics, mechanical assembly or other technical manufacturing environments would be beneficial
- Eligibility for any security clearance required for the role
