A leading independent firm of Chartered Surveyors within the North West is looking for a Valuation Surveyor to join their very successful team in Lancashire.

My client has an enviable reputation within the market for providing a professional and personal service across residential and commercial property, ensuring an established client base.

Conducting work on behalf of public and private sector clients you will be given autonomy to manage you own client relationships successfully, providing tailored valuation reports to suit your individual clients’ needs. Valuations will be for loan security, viability, company accounts, and general advisory purposes. With a passion for providing quality valuations you will carry out property inspections, prepare reports of a high calibre and to clients’ timescales, with a focus on combining your valuation experience and local knowledge to achieve a first-class service.
