About the role
Working Foreman – Detached Property Refurbishment – Windsor
We are seeking an experienced Working Foreman for a detached property refurbishment in Windsor.
This is a hands-on role suited to a strong Carpenter who is confident overseeing trades on site while reporting into the Site Manager. You will play a key role in maintaining quality, programme and site standards, as well as taking responsibility for opening and closing site daily.
Key responsibilities:
- Hands-on carpentry alongside supervisory duties
- Supporting the Site Manager with day-to-day site coordination
- Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring quality workmanship
- Opening and closing site each day
- Maintaining programme and productivity
- Ensuring Health & Safety compliance on site
Requirements:
- Strong carpentry background with refurbishment experience
- Previous experience as a Working Foreman on residential projects
- Ability to manage trades and maintain high standards
- Good understanding of site Health & Safety requirements
- SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred
