Site Manager – Prime Apartment Refurbishment – Westminster
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver a prime apartment refurbishment in Westminster, including high-end bespoke joinery packages.
This is a site-based role managing day-to-day operations on a luxury residential project, ensuring exceptional quality, tight programme control, and seamless coordination of specialist trades. Strong experience with bespoke joinery and high-spec finishes is essential.
Key responsibilities:
- Full site management of prime apartment refurbishment
- Coordination of bespoke joinery packages and specialist subcontractors
- Programme management and daily site reporting
- Quality control to prime residential standards
- Managing logistics within a constrained central London environment
- Health & Safety compliance
- Liaising with client, designers and consultants
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering prime or super-prime residential refurbishments
- Strong background managing bespoke joinery installations
- Excellent attention to detail and finishing standards
- Ability to manage trades in high-end, design-led environments
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred
