About the role
Site Manager – Super Prime Residential Builder – Chichester
We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a super prime residential builder delivering private, one-off homes in Chichester and the surrounding West Sussex area.
This is a site-based role overseeing the construction of bespoke, high-value residences built to individual client specification. You will be responsible for maintaining exceptional quality standards, driving programme, and coordinating specialist trades within design-led, luxury projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of bespoke private residential builds
- Coordination of specialist subcontractors and suppliers
- Programme management and site reporting
- Quality control to super prime finish standards
- Managing client variations and design development on site
- Health & Safety compliance
- Liaising with clients, architects and consultants
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering super prime or luxury private homes
- Strong understanding of high-spec finishes and bespoke detailing
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage demanding clients and consultant teams
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred
