Logistics Specialist

As a Logistics Specialist in Liverpool, you will manage day–to–day logistics activity for an Industrial / Manufacturing business, helping goods and materials move smoothly through the operation. You will keep logistics work organised and accurate, supporting reliable supply and delivery across the business. Client Details The organisation operates in the Industrial / Manufacturing sector in Liverpool. Description Coordinate daily logistics activity to keep the movement of goods and materials on track.Plan and monitor shipments to support timely deliveries and clear communication.Maintain accurate logistics records so that key information is easy to access and use.Liaise with internal teams to align logistics plans with operational needs.Work with suppliers and transport providers to arrange collections and deliveries.Investigate delivery or shipment issues and help put practical solutions in place.Track stock movements and update relevant information to support efficient operations.Identify ways to improve logistics processes and reduce avoidable delays.Profile A successful 'Logistics Specialist' should have: Experience coordinating logistics activities, shipments and deliveries.Good working knowledge of transport coordination and supply chain processes.Ability to maintain accurate records and manage logistics information carefully.Experience liaising with suppliers, transport providers and internal stakeholders.Ability to investigate delivery issues and follow them through to resolution.Confidence managing competing logistics priorities in an organised way.Job Offer Permanent Logistics Specialist position based in Liverpool.Salary of 45,000 to 55,000 dependent on the level of experience.Hybrid workingSupportive team culture with opportunity for growthIf you're interested in this role, apply now.
