The Role Work hand-in-hand with expert engineers and delivery leads to bring a next-generation insurance intelligence platform to life for clients. Collaborate across product, data, and customer teams to ensure every implementation lands smoothly and delivers real impact. Take a leading role in the full technical delivery cycle, from digging into requirements and shaping solutions, to building, testing, launching, and optimising them once live. Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes, helping multiple teams work faster, smarter, and with fewer manual steps. Roll up your sleeves and get deep into the codebase, building and debugging production-quality integration and platform features using languages such as Python, JavaScript, and SQL to support both client deployments and internal tooling. About You Exceptional academic qualifications in Computer Science or related discipline Several years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or similar role Experience of direct client/customer interaction Excellent coding experience – flexible on languages Analytical problem solving experience with complex systems and processes Must be UK-based
