The company offers strong long-term stability, investment in technology, and a collaborative engineering culture.rnrnKey Responsibilitiesrn• Provide hands-on RF production support on the shop floorrn• Troubleshoot electrical performance issues, identifying both electrical and mechanical root causesrn• Operate and analyse results from RF test equipment, including Vector Network Analyzers (VNAs)rn• Interpret engineering drawings and CAD documentationrn• Support rapid prototyping and new product introduction (NPI) activitiesrn• Assist in developing and improving manufacturing processesrn• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality standardsrnrnWhat They’re Looking Forrn• Proven experience in an RF cable assembly or similar production environmentrn• Strong hands-on experience with RF test equipment (particularly VNAs)rn• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD datarn• Proven troubleshooting experience within a manufacturing settingrn• Familiarity with aerospace/defence quality standardsrn• BPSS clearance (or ability to obtain)rnrnWhat’s On Offerrn• £45,000+ salary (flexible depending on experience) + bonusrn• 24 days holiday + 8 bank holidaysrn• Monthly bonus (approx. 15% annually)rn• Strong on-site engineering team environmentrn• Healthcare benefits including optical & dental cashbackrn• Access to GP and Employee Assistance ServicesrnrnThis is a permanent opportunity within a growing and technically advanced manufacturing environment.
